The objective of the training is for the student to gain the skills and knowledge to guide a client through the soul memories from their last past life to the birth in their current one. This enables them to consciously understand their soul's purpose for this life and the spiritual progress made. This is a regression often lasting four hours and draws on the thirty years of research by Dr. Michael Newton the author of 'Journey of Souls' and the work of the Society of Spiritual Regression.

The training is led by Andy Tomlinson and will use practical lecture, video, live demonstration and supervised pair work. Student evaluation during the training will be informal through observation and personal instruction during the practical sessions. Working in pairs each student will have the chance to guide a Spiritual Regression as well as experience their own.

The entry requirement is a qualification in hypnosis and Past Life Regression or Regression Therapy. Students who are interested in this training but do not meet all the requirements can talk to Andy directly about skill bridging routes.

4. Experiencing rejuvenation energy to heal profound past lives
5. Connecting with Spirit Guides and Teachers
6. Meeting soul groups
7. Links between soul groups and people in this life
8. Meeting the 'Wise Ones' or 'Elders' who plan the client's current life
9. The place of physical body selection for this life
10. Other activities between lives
11. Reincarnation into this life and the experiences of entering the unborn baby
12. Overcoming blockages
13. Seeking advise for the clients from the 'Wise Ones' or 'Elders'
14. Integration of the experience into the client's current life

Certificate in Spiritual Regression
The requirements are:

1. A Foundation Certificate in Hypnosis or another hypnosis qualification (minimum of 32 hours of tutor contact and 6 months experience working with clients)
2. A qualification in Past Life Therapy or Regression Therapy
3. Successfully complete the Spiritual Regression workshop
4. Complete the written and reading assignments
5. A written summary of five Spiritual Regression sessions
6. A tape recording of one client session for skill assessment

This is a professional qualification and enables the therapist to be referred clients from the PLRA website.
